"Trade mark filing, made simple, for you and your clients. Welcome to MarkMaster."

Search screen

"Start with a fast, exact-name* search across ABR and IP Australia. Spot obvious conflicts in seconds with our smart assistance tool that helps you guide your clients. *Please note, the ABR and IP Australia searches only exact names so similar trade marks may not show in results. For a broader search, please contact brandU Legal or your preferred IP legal advisor."

Three icons — File · Send · Embed

"There are three ways to file. File a trade mark directly on your client's behalf, end to end. Send an intake link to your client to complete the form themselves, before filing on their behalf. Or Embed the application on your own website and allow clients to lodge directly under your brand."

Application flow

"Filing is straightforward. Enter applicant details, the mark, and goods and services, accept, pay and lodge – job done!"

Revenue chart

"And here's the difference: set your own markup on every application. Add value for your clients, and add revenue for your firm — transparently."

Lifecycle

"MarkMaster stays with you for the whole journey — status tracking, examination reports, and renewals — so you look great to your clients, long after filing."

"MarkMaster. Add value. Add revenue."

MarkMaster provides search tools as assistance to their filing process – this is not a substitute for professional IP legal advice.

The three ways partners file

File

Partner files the trade mark directly on behalf of their client, end to end, inside the portal.

Send

Partner sends a branded intake link and the client completes and pays for the application themselves.

Embed

Partner embeds the application widget on their own website to capture leads and lodge from their brand.

Step-by-step demo flow

1

Open with the pitch

Lead with the outcome: partners add value for their clients and add revenue with their own markup. MarkMaster does the filing heavy-lifting; the partner keeps the relationship.

2

Show the pre-filing search

Run an exact-name search (ASIC/ABR + IP Australia) live. Emphasise it's an assistance tool — it surfaces obvious conflicts fast, but it does not replace professional IP legal advice.

3

File a trade mark (the “File” path)

Walk through applicant details → the mark → goods & services (show the AI class recommender) → review. Point out how little the partner has to type.

4

Send to client (the “Send” path)

Show the branded intake link. The client completes their own details and pays directly — the partner never touches card data, and the firm's branding stays front and centre.

5

Embed on their site (the “Embed” path)

Show the embed code generator. One snippet on the partner's website turns their traffic into filed applications under their own brand.

6

Set the markup / show the revenue

Reveal the client markup field and fee estimator. This is the “Add Revenue” moment — the partner sets their own margin per client, transparently.

7

Close on ongoing value

Wrap with status tracking, adverse-report handling and renewals — MarkMaster keeps partners in the loop for the whole lifecycle, so they look great to their clients long after filing.

Search: fast exact-name conflict checks, not legal advice.

AI help: class recommender speeds up goods & services.

Revenue: partner-set markup on every application.

Always clarify: MarkMaster provides filing and exact-name search tools as assistance — it is not a substitute for professional IP legal advice. Set this expectation clearly in every demo.
